Recognized as a Living Heritage Company, Fontès & Fils keeps alive traditional family recipes and crafts its cured meats exclusively from “Galavard de Terrefort” pork, 100% from Ariège.
All our delicatessen (dry-cured ham, sausage, pâté, coppa, etc.) is made exclusively from top-quality “Galavard de Terrefort” pork (Occitanie origin), the meat is tastier and more appetizing. .
He is the only artisan charcutier to process and offer cured meats from this local pig.
Pigs are fed 80% cereals and no soya, with respect for the animal.
He also works with duck and goose, producing excellent foies gras, confits, magrets, stuffed necks…
