Bello & Angeli is a family affair.
Founded in Toulouse, the company is the link between two cousins, Sébastien and David.
Passionate about chocolate and patisserie, they combine their curiosity and imagination to give birth to gourmet, convivial creations. To name just one, their “Sakura” chocolate delicately combines the voluptuousness of cherry blossom with the strength of exceptional dark chocolate.
The choice of our ingredients is essential to offer products of impeccable quality. For these chocolatiers, the most important thing is to seek out natural, authentic and tasty raw materials, and to banish chemical components and other superfluous or dubious ingredients from our recipes.
From their travels and discoveries here and abroad, they select the finest ingredients.
They select chocolates from the 4 corners of the globe, whether from Côte d’Ivoire, Jamaica, Vietnam or Ecuador, from the best terroirs. Exotic fruits are selected for their gustatory quality, such as Acerola and Graviola (soursop) from South America, or Calamansi from Southeast Asia.
