OUR FLAGSHIP PRODUCTS

Frédéric has been making jam for several years in the Gard region, near Nîmes, and places great importance on respecting traditional craftsmanship.

He makes all his jams by hand, cooking them in copper cauldrons and stirring them gently with a beechwood spoon, to produce a quality product that respects the true taste and intensity of the fruit as much as possible.

Quality ingredients...

Only carefully selected fruit, with a preference for local producers, organically grown French beet sugar, lemon pectin and apple pectin if required, no preservatives or colorants, to produce top-of-the-range jams that will be found on the shelves of delicatessens and top hotels and restaurants.

GARD

Cévennes sweet onions, Cévennes chestnuts, Nîmes olives and Vézénobres figs. The landscapes of the Gard, so distinct from one another, each have their own specialities and are ideal terroirs for producing fruit bursting with sunshine and flavor.
