A family-run business for over 50 years, the cannery cultivates a taste for authenticity and tradition. It offers new, creative aperitif, vegetarian, and organic ranges that will delight your taste buds!
Maison Patignac offers a wide range of traditional recipes (terrines, ready-made meals, foie gras) and more innovative ones (meatless spreads) made from carefully selected raw materials of French origin, most of which come from local agriculture.
All recipes are guaranteed free from colorants and preservatives. An organic range is also available.
For several years now, this approach has met with growing success. Maison Patignac has won numerous awards, including a bronze medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2019 and a gold award at the Concours des Épicures for its foie gras with black garlic.
