Salez et poivrez.<\/li><li>\u00a0Fouettez 5 \u0153ufs avec 2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019herbes cisel\u00e9es. Faites cuire l\u2019omelette avec du beurre 2 minutes puis couvrez la po\u00eale et poursuivez la cuisson<br \/>1 minute. Laissez ti\u00e9dir.<\/li><li>Battez 150g de ch\u00e8vre frais avec 5cl de cr\u00e8me.<\/li><li>Retournez l\u2019omelette sur une grande assiette. \u00c9talez la tapenade puis le fromage frais.<\/li><li>Roulez l\u2019omelette en serrant, filmez et mettez 30 minutes au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Au<br \/>moment de servir, coupez l\u2019omelette en tranches r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.
